Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, regardless of where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the USA and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.

The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

We strive to process and ship orders from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada within 1-2 business days (longer processing times apply to large orders).

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We are closed between Christmas and New Years and do not process or ship orders during that time.

Please note that all transit times are indicated in business days. Typically couriers available for selection do not deliver on Saturday and/or Sunday. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or courier companies.

Cross-border shipments might take longer to arrive due to delays in customs clearance. Please keep these delays in mind when placing orders.
